...I've thought a long time about this page... It's not an easy one... I could write volumes about this guy... but I don't have that much time... so here's my thoughts...
If I was a critter... a bird... or a fish... I'd hate to know that Vernon Holt was in the woods looking for me!
...With a rod... a bow... a trap... or a gun... He's pretty much done it all...
...And he's been at it long enough to be good at it...
He's one of the type that's the last one to leave camp and the first one back... The one that sees things in the woods that nobody else sees... He's not a "know-it-all"... There's just not much he doesn't know.
Thanks Dad for sharing all the time with me that You have... I appreciate it, and it's been fun!
